Run this evening

I ran along a big square loop tonight: http://www.usatf.org/routes/view.asp?rID=168836. I didn't get home until dusk and it was "dark" by the time I was running. One of the upsides of running in a city is that most of the sidewalks are well lit at night. I took about 24 minutes to run this loop, which gives me a pace of over 8 minutes per mile. Not very good, and that includes 40 seconds of walking and probably 90 seconds of waiting for traffic lights. The course also includes more than 750 feet of climbing, including a few long steep stretches, which I covered in pretty good form. So I'm content with my performance. 8)
