I darted out for a mid-day run Monday. It was warm, in the 70s, and sunny. I ran the Short around Shoreline
but added going over Shoreline Vista Slope, which adds a half-mile. (This is the route I ran a week ago.) Net time from start to finish was 29 minutes, including cool down of a few minutes and some mid-run walking as I headed up the steep part of Vista Slope.
After running I lifted weights. 2 sets of 15 reps of 15 lbs dumbbell curls and 2 sets of 12 reps of assisted dips (net dip weight was 100lbs).
