This weekend I'm apparently trying a new concepts of eating: eating only two meals in the day. The first is a big breakfast (extra big bowl of cereal, and some toast), around noon. The second is dinner, around 5:00 or 5:30. I woke up too late yesterday and today to warrant eating lunch at lunchtime, but I really didn't want to have lunch at 3 and dinner at 6. Hence, the apparent experiment. As a nice side effect, I get to waste less time with the whole preparing to eat and cleaning up after eating phases of meals, by skipping a meal. I suspect that, in the end, I'm still taking in the same number of calories in the day, too. It's not like I'm trying to diet or anything.
Anyway, we'll see how this goes.
