About 80F when I headed out at 6:30. Course was 3mi but I walked for probably 0.75mi of it. Still, I felt pretty good and got my stride out for several legs. I just wimped out and didn't push myself for the course. I ran with a one-third full camelbak which proved about the right amount (lots of water left but it didn't really weigh me down). I need new running shoes: I've worn down the outer sole of both pairs I have and the cushion is compressed in the pair I ran in today.
